• Spiral Conveyor

  

  Designed as a cost effective alternative to a low-tension spiral, this conveyor features a simple design with minimal parts. Because the drum is stationary, a special chain with a bearing mechanism is used to reduce the tension.

• Model “RBI” – Floor to Floor Roller Bed (Hytrol – Incline Belt Conveyor, Roller Bed)

  

  The model RBI is a floor-to-floor incline conveyor. It is equipped with an adjustable double nose-over at the discharge end to insure a smooth transfer from incline to horizontal plane. Inclines are easily adjusted up to 30º. This conveyor can also be used as a booster conveyor in gravity flow systems. Shown with optional floor supports.

  • Bed: 6-1/2" deep x 12 ga. formed steel frame, powder painted. Standard sections come in lengths of 6', 8', & 10'.
  • Belt widths: 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 28", 30", 34", & 36".
  • Center drive (standard).
  • Motor: 1 HP C-Face "SSB" series brake motor, 2 HP max.

• Hytrol – Model “TH” Trash Slider Bed Belt Conveyor

  

  The model TH is designed to handle empty cardboard boxes and paper trash. Shown with optional floor supports.

  • Bed: 14 ga. formed steel slider bed bolted between two 7-1/2" deep x 12 ga. formed steel side channels with 6" high guards.
  • Belt widths: 11-1/2", 17-1/2", 23-1/2", 29-1/2", 35-1/2", 41-1/2", 47-1/2", & 53-1/2".
  • Center drive (standard).
  • Motor: 1 HP standard, 2 HP max.
  • Adjustable floor supports available.
  • Capacity (maximum load per linear foot of conveyor): 10 lbs., not to exceed rated capacities.
