• Hytrol – Model “PSB” Plastic Belt Conveyor

  
  The model PSB with modular plastic belting uses a positive drive system to eliminate belt slippage and mistracking. Shown with optional floor supports. PSBC Plastic Belt Curve is also available. Belt widths: 12", 18",& 24". Capacity: 300 lbs. distributed live load.

  • Bed: UHMW on aluminum slider bars, mounted to frame spacers. Mounted in 7-1/2" x 12 ga. powder painted, formed steel channel frame bolted together with butt couplings.
  • Polypropylene 2" pitch plastic belt.
  • Standard belt widths: 8", 10", 12", 14", 16", 18", 20", 22", 24", 26", 28", 30", 32", 34", 36", & 38".
  • Motor: 1/2 HP standard, 2 HP max.
  • Adjustable floor supports available.

• Air Conveyor

  

  The air conveyor uses a system of blowers, air chambers and specially louvered top plates to convey regular shaped products at high speed with very low back pressure. Ideal for products such as convenience food cartons, cereal boxes, cigarette cartons, Styrofoam trays and personal hygiene products.

  • High volume, low pressure blowers provide the air conveying surface. This means low operating costs and significant reduction in product damage.
  • Minimum moving parts means minimal maintenance.
  • Variety of widths, lengths, curves, straights, inclines and declines available for complete systems building.
  • Very low back pressure accumulation.

• TS-1500-100 & TS-1500-140 Belt Curve

  

  The TS1500-100 is available with belt widths: 10", 12", 14", 16", and 18".

  The TS1500-140 is available with belt widths: 20", 22", 24", 26", 28", 30", 32", 34", 36", 38", 40", 42", 44", 46", and 48".

  Both models TS1500-100 and TS1500-140 provide a positive flow of product by means of a belt, driven by tapered pulleys. Conveyor is versatile in that it can transport a wide variety of products. Available in 45º, 60º, 90º, and 180º turns. Shown with optional floor supports.
