We designed our GenCon Series 40 and 41 palletizers to be distinctively modular. Our ability to custom configure makes us uniquely qualified to precisely match our palletizer with your individual packaging requirements.

Both palletizers can be supplied with metering low level infeed conveyors, slave board and slip sheet dispensers, tier sheet dispensers and full load discharge conveyors to provide a complete palletizing system.

Series 40 and 41 palletizers utilize a programmable controller that allows different pack patterns to be pre-programmed for selection by the operator, allowing them to run without further operator intervention. General Conveyor can also provide the versatility of its multiline accumulation system. This allows Series 40 and 41 palletizers to serve two or more lines, which can be programmed to operate automatically. The machines can also be operated manually in the maintenance mode. The palletizer systems are electronically and mechanically protected with sensors and guards to ensure maximum operator safety.
